1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Clardan Studio, our command-line tools, or website services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Commercial License & Code Ownership

Clardan Technologies grants you a non-exclusive license to access Clardan Studio. You retain 100% full intellectual property ownership, copyright, and unrestricted commercial deployment rights to all tool schemas, server code packages, and API definitions generated using the service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Clardan Studio to design or deploy MCP tools intended for:

• Malicious cyber-attacks, network degradation, or unauthorized automated penetration.
• Circumventing safety policies or usage guidelines established by underlying LLM providers (including Anthropic).
• Unauthorized harvesting of personal identification data.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Clardan developer services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Clardan Technologies makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted execution of simulated AI tool calls or third-party agent runtime behavior.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
