Clardan Technologies ("Clardan", "we", "our") is committed to protecting developer and user privacy. This policy describes how we handle information across clardan.com and the Clardan Studio developer environment.

2. Data We Collect

We practice strict data minimization:

• Account & Waitlist Information: Work email addresses submitted for developer early access.
• Local-First Tool Schemas: Tool schemas authored in Clardan Studio remain processed locally in your browser memory and are not stored on our servers unless you explicitly share or export via cloud proxy.
• Telemetry & Usage Data: Anonymized performance metrics (page load times, browser type, simulator error frequencies) strictly used for product reliability.

3. European Union GDPR Compliance

As an entity operating in Finland, European Union, we comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation). You have the right to access, rectify, port, or erase your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@clardan.com.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell personal data. When you configure custom Anthropic API keys (BYOK) in Clardan Studio, requests communicate directly or via stateless SSL proxies with Anthropic's endpoints.
